Always There Care is a friendly, community-focused service providing practical home help and companionship to individuals and families. We support people with everyday tasks around the home, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their own homes and local communities. Alongside our home help services, we also supply reliable agency staff to registered care homes, supporting both short-notice and planned staffing requirements.
Our approach is built on reliability, respect, and clear professional boundaries. We focus on practical support and a friendly, consistent presence, always tailoring our service to suit individual preferences while maintaining trust and professionalism. As our organisation grows, we plan to apply for CQC registration in the future to expand into domiciliary care services. At present, our home-based services remain focused on practical home help and companionship.

Always There Care was created from a genuine desire to provide reliable, respectful support that makes everyday life easier for people in their own homes.
The business was founded by Joe, who saw first-hand how valuable simple, practical help and regular human connection can be — not just for individuals, but for their families too. Too often, people struggle with everyday tasks or feel isolated, even though they don’t need regulated care. Always There Care was set up to bridge that gap.
What we love most about what we do is the difference small things can make — a clean home, help with errands, a friendly visit, or simply knowing someone dependable will show up. Our focus is on doing the basics well, consistently, and with genuine care and respect.
